Sedona Portal Enrollment Instructions

To enroll in our Service and Billing portal may visit by selecting this link Service and Billing Portal

 

Please choose Register a new customer and you will be directed to the Register/Create a New Account. To do this you will need a 

 

  • Customer Number: Available on an invoice and if you cannot locate an invoice, you may obtain it by clicking the “Email Customer Number” and entering your Email and phone number. 

 

  • Registration Code: Available on an invoice and if you cannot locate an invoice, you may obtain it by clicking the “Email Authentication Information” and entering your Email and Customer Number. You will receive an emailed registration code and be directed to the page below. 

 

  • Complete remaining required fields: First and Last Name, Email and Password.

 

 

  • You may also link multiple customer numbers once you have created the initial portal login, by choosing “settings”, “link new customer account” and follow the above process. Repeat the process for each account. You will be able to toggle between accounts on one login. 

 

You will receive an email with a link for verification that will direct you to the log in page. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please email or call and I would be happy to help.
